TM Abenezer Feleke is an accredited global leadership practitioner and strategic communications, advocacy, and partnerships specialist with over 12 years of experience leading high-impact initiatives across health, technology, and humanitarian sectors. A distinguished civic leader, he has achieved the rare milestone of serving as President for both Blue Nile Toastmasters and the Rotary Club of Addis Ababa West. He currently serves as the Manager of Strategic Partnerships at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change (TBI), where he drives the development of Ethiopia’s Artificial Intelligence ecosystem. Previously, Abenezer was the Strategic Communications Lead Advisor for Ethiopia's Digital ID Program under the Prime Minister's Office—facilitating stakeholder engagement for a $350 million World Bank-financed initiative—and has held senior regional advisory roles with the Danish Refugee Council and the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN). A 2024 Mandela Washington Fellow in Public Management from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University, his leadership has been recognized with numerous honors, including the District Oscar Leadership Award and the Paul Harris Fellow Award.
